. I think they only do fireworks on New Years. There's bound to be a fest or two going on though.

Even without fireworks, the apartment I'm probably going to get is right in the middle of downtown, there are bars about 30 footsteps away from the entrance to the building. I'm going in the morning to start the paperwork. It's pretty sweet, penthouse style with the elevator going directly inside the apartment.
