Haiti 360 videos

That's crazy video.
The buildings look mostly okay with most people probably just scared to go back in.
But what's with the concrete roofs on two story apartments??!?!?
WTF?

On the third video go to 34 sec and look to the left at the two story next to the radio antenna.
Whoever was in that building had it in good with some Voodoo witch doctor who had it in good with the local spirits because that second story just leans and then stops for no apparent reason.

I don't think it looks much different than the video I had seen previously out of Haiti, like from last year, with the obvious exception of the demolished buildings.
I expected more destruction for a death toll probably above 250k and with the hundreds of millions in relief.
It kinda looks like a scam.
Those people looked like they were doing what people in the 4th poorest country on the Earth would do on any other day.
I've seen video of Haiti from last year and several years ago and now, and it all looks pretty much the same.
I mean, yeah, they had a big Earthquake but they look pretty much just as bad off now as they were five or so years ago with no Earthquake.
